Welcome to K Group Web Solutions! We provide website development, maintenance, and hosting services to small businesses. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
2. Services Provided
K Group Web Solutions offers:
- Website development (up to 5 static pages) for a flat $1,800 fee.
- Hosting, maintenance, and minor updates for $29/month.
- Basic SEO and performance optimization.
- Routine updates to ensure smooth performance.
3. Payment
- The flat $1,800 fee covers website development.
- Hosting, maintenance, and minor updates are billed at $29/month.
- Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable.
- Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or termination of hosting services.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary content (text, images, branding materials) for website creation.
- Ensure any content provided does not violate copyright, trademarks, or applicable laws.
- Notify K Group Web Solutions of any required updates in a timely manner.
5. Ownership & Rights
- The website design and development are owned by the client after six months of continuous service.
- If the client discontinues service before six months, the website remains the property of K Group Web Solutions.
- Domains purchased by the client remain the client’s property.
6. Website Maintenance & Updates
- Minor text/image updates are included in the monthly maintenance fee.
- Major redesigns, additional pages, or new features may require additional fees.
- K Group Web Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside our control (e.g., hosting provider outages, cyberattacks).
7. Cancellation & Termination
- Clients may cancel hosting and maintenance services at any time with 30 days’ notice.
- Upon cancellation, clients may request a copy of their website’s static files if they have completed six months of service.
- K Group Web Solutions reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of services.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- K Group Web Solutions is not responsible for lost revenue, business disruptions, or security breaches beyond our control.
- While we implement security measures, clients are responsible for safeguarding their own credentials and sensitive data.
9. Changes to Terms
K Group Web Solutions may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
